1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Circle LDN (circleldn.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Circle LDN is operated by HH CB LIMITED (Company Number: 15217236), registered in England and Wales.

2. Our Service

Circle LDN provides a free online directory connecting London businesses to facilitate the circular economy. We help businesses with waste streams ("Producers") connect with businesses who need those resources ("Takers").

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to maintain accurate listings, but we cannot guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of information provided by businesses.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Circle LDN, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your listing information up to date
• Not submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading listings
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to compromise the security of our platform
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Conduct yourself professionally when contacting other businesses

4. Listing Submission & Approval

All submissions are subject to review and approval by Circle LDN. We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject any listing at our discretion
• Request additional information before approval
• Edit listings for clarity or compliance (with your permission)
• Remove listings that violate these terms
• Remove listings for businesses that cease trading

We aim to review submissions within 48 hours but do not guarantee any specific timeline.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit listings that:

• Contain false or misleading information
• Promote illegal activities or substances
• Contain offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Constitute spam or unsolicited advertising
• Contain malicious code or links

6. No Partnership or Agency

Circle LDN is a directory service only. We do not:

• Act as an agent for any business
• Facilitate or oversee transactions between businesses
• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any waste materials
• Verify the credentials or reliability of listed businesses
• Take responsibility for agreements made between businesses

All arrangements between businesses are entirely their own responsibility. We recommend conducting your own due diligence before entering into any agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HH CB LIMITED and Circle LDN shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from connections made through our directory
• The accuracy, quality, or safety of waste materials exchanged
• Disputes between businesses
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Unauthorized access to our systems by third parties
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed £100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HH CB LIMITED, Circle LDN, and our directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your listing content
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

Important: When collecting, transporting, or handling waste materials, you are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable environmental regulations
• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses
• Ensuring proper waste carrier registration (if required)
• Following health and safety guidelines
• Understanding the nature of materials being exchanged

Circle LDN does not provide legal, environmental, or safety advice. Consult appropriate professionals and regulatory bodies.

10. Intellectual Property

The Circle LDN website, including its design, text, graphics, and code, is owned by HH CB LIMITED and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your business description, etc.), but by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on our platform.

11. Termination

You may request removal of your listing at any time by emailing hello@circleldn.com.

We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend access to our service for violations of these terms, without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Circle LDN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
